Edin Džeko (born 17 March 1986 in Sarajevo) is a Bosnian footballer, who currently plays as a striker for German Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg and the Bosnian national team. Prior to arriving at the Volkswagen Arena in 2007, he played for FK Željezničar and FK Teplice with a loan spell at FK Ústí nad Labem.
