United will be taking on West Ham United in the Carling Cup match in the quarter Final stage. United are coming into this match on the back of wonderfull result against Blackburn when they hammered them with 7-1 in the premier League on the weekend, now they will be hoping to field some of their young players to give them chance to shine.
Although United are likely to be without some of their big name players they still have some excelent young players with the likes of Kiko Mecheda and Javier Hernandez who's chance are not limited in the first team as Rooney is back in squad and Berbatove is playing better than ever.
