Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja’s bail plea rejected again. The court rejected his bail on the ground that it is a serious offence and there is prima facie evidence against him. Presently, he is under the judicial custody at Mumbai Arthur Road jail. He was locked there for the last three months.
The Maharashtra Govt moved Shiney’s case to the fast track court for quick justice. Shiney’s lawyer Shrikanth Shivade said that he would now challenge the decision of the lower court in the Bombay High court. Shiney has been accused of raping his domestic maid. The DNA and forensic sample of the victim and the culprit says that Shiney was guilty.
On 8th July also Shiney’s bail plea was rejected for the same reason.
