While Riteish was in college he was uncertain of how to approach girls. Riteish says that college is about romance and DDLJ made being in love, a lovely feeling. He said that he was very shy while he was in college and never had the courage or charm to speak to girls; he was an introvert. Then came DDLJ which had SRK's style of flirting with girls and was worth taking notes from. He understood women better and what they expected from a relationship. DDLJ made him an extrovert.
